If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days after receiving the package. You can exchange for other products or receive a refund of 100% of the value of the products of your order. In the case of reimbursement of the amount will be made in the same modality in which the purchase was made. Please note that in these cases the shipping costs, both delivery and return, are not refundable, always at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in perfect condition, along with their original packaging as well as their warranties, manuals, accessories, seals and bags without breaking in the case that the merchandise had them.

All changes and / or refunds of payments will be made once S'Oliera de Son Catiu, S.A.T. has checked the status of the returned items. In the event that in a return the article is not in the mentioned conditions, it will be sent to the client.

No returns will be accepted for those products "that by their nature, can not be returned (...) or susceptible to be downloaded or reproduced with immediate effect for permanent use" (law 47/2002, of December 19, of Ordination of Retail Commerce, Article 45)

Orders can be canceled without any penalty except those that are specifically indicated at the time of receiving the order confirmation (for example: special orders to factory or import, pieces made at the request of the customer, products that are not usually found in stock due to its special characteristics, etc.)

IMPORTANT: it is the client's responsibility to prepare the return package correctly. The courier or courier services do not make the package, so the customer must send the product with its original packaging inside another package correctly protected, so that the original packaging is not damaged. S'Oliera de Son Catiu, S.A.T. will not accept for the exchange or return the returned products without proper packaging.
